Retreats Booking
RESERVATION POLICIES:
1. Booking Hold: Once you announce your desired booking dates, we will hold those dates exclusively for you for a period of 24 hours. During this time, no other bookings will be accepted.
2. First Booking Payment: To confirm your reservation, a first booking payment of 50% of the total package cost for the specified booking dates is required. This payment must be made within the 24-hour holding period. In the case of bookings during promotions, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. Cancellation Notice: In the event of a cancellation, we require written notice to be provided as soon as possible.
2. Refund Policy: The initial booking fee is non-refundable after 30 days prior to the check-in date.
3. Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the first booking payment will be refunded.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
1. Guest Health and Safety: The participants holds the responsibility for any accidents or health issues that may arise during the event. It is highly recommended that all guests have valid travel health insurance to cover any unforeseen medical circumstances.
Venue Hire

2. First Booking Payment: To confirm your reservation, a first booking payment of 50% of the total venue hire cost for the specified booking dates is required. This payment must be made within the 5-day holding period.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance, which includes the remaining 50% of the venue hire cost, catering charges, and any additional extras, must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. Cancellation Notice: In the event of a cancellation, we require written notice to be provided as soon as possible.
2. Refund Policy: The initial booking fee is non-refundable after 90 days prior to the check-in date.
3. Cancellation more than 90 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the first booking payment will be refunded.
FACILITIES:
1. Responsibility for Damages: The organizer is responsible for any damages caused to the venue facilities during the event. Any repair or replacement costs incurred due to such damages will be the responsibility of the organizer.

• Energy Efficiency: Our Natural building is designed to be energy-efficient it is an old stone house with 60cm wall thickness and double glazed wooden windows and lime stone pointing instead of concrete. By result We don’t use AC in the summer and only fans and warm up the house by central eco-heating system.
• Waste Reduction: We implement comprehensive recycling and composting programs to reduce waste and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
• Local Sourcing: We prioritize local and seasonal ingredients for our meals, reducing the carbon footprint associated with food transportation.

• Cultural Preservation: We collaborate with local cultural groups to preserve and promote traditional arts, crafts, and practices, ensuring they benefit from our tourism activities.
