Choosing to live in harmony with nature, we carefully renovated a hundred-year-old stone house in 2019, now at the center of our retreats. For those who want more adventurous accommodations, we also have glamping tents and a charming treehouse.
Every part of our sanctuary holds traces of history, from the old stone walls to the ancient mill and the traditional Balkan stone circle known as Gumno.
Situated in the heart of the stunning Kotor Bay area along Montenegro's picturesque coastline, our retreat is embraced by lush green forests and open meadows, spanning over a hectare of tranquil land. It’s a peaceful haven that feels like a world of its own.

From our retreat, you can uncover hidden treasures nearby—secret beaches are just a short drive or a 6 km hike away. Explore the enchanting Kotor Old Town, Budva Old Town, or the lively marina in Tivat, all within 15–20 km or a 15–30 minute drive. It’s the perfect base to relax, explore, and enjoy the beauty of Montenegro.

Loft Room with Ensuite (Sleeps 4): 40m2 room and 20m2 loft Offers 2 beds on the lower level and 2 beds in the loft (can be configured as double or twins), with a Mountain View. This room can be used as private or shared accommodation.
Cave Room with Ensuite (Sleeps 3): 35m2 Includes a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed, with garden view.
Glamping Tents: Shared Bathroom, Max 4 People
Bell Tent (Sleeps 2): 19m2 Features 2 beds (can be configured as double or twins).
