Family-Friendly Farmstay & Co-living
Pachamama Retreat welcomes digital nomads, remote workers, and homeschooling families to a year-round coliving experience in Montenegro. Nestled above Kotor Bay, our eco-farmstay combines community living with yoga, shared meals, and the rhythms of nature. Whether you’re working online, guiding your children through alternative learning, or simply seeking balance in community life, Pachamama offers space to focus, connect, and explore.
Digital Nomads can work remotely from a cozy desk in their private room or alongside others in our shared area. Kids can continue their homeschooling with the support of other parents and the company of new friends, while exploring fun, alternative ways of learning and growing.
Together, we dive into the rhythm of the farm: gardening, feeding the animals, cooking, and sharing meals in the common area. In between work and play, there’s space for yoga, meditation, sauna time (coming soon), and cultural activities or a little adventure to town using the community car. Some days take us hiking to secret beaches or exploring nearby fortresses, while evenings often turn into movie nights or long, laughter-filled dinners that make everyone feel like family.
Living at Pachamama
Life at Pachamama is simple, nourishing, and rooted in community. Stays begin from two weeks, giving everyone time to arrive fully and settle into the rhythm of nature. Guests staying longer than four weeks can receive a 20% monthly discount for 28-day stays.
You can choose between several accommodation options, from our cozy wooden cabins to shared or private rooms in the Stone House, or you can bring your own camper and stay in our campground. All stays include three homemade meals each day, prepared with care and shared together as a small community.
Our rates vary depending on your accommodation choice and the season. Low season runs from November to April, and high season from May to October.
Accommodation & Pricing
To keep our home warm, organized, and welcoming for everyone, each adult contributes about one to two hours a day to community life. This can be helping in the kitchen, caring for common areas, supporting the garden, or offering a personal skill. These small contributions are what make the space feel like a family home rather than a rental.
Our seven-seater community car is also available for use. Short trips are calculated per kilometer with fuel included, while daily use is available for a set price.
